Tranquil Properties was established in 1999 by Gary Bobbs with a simple goal – to change the way homeowners experience home repair and renovation services.

His focus was on delivering reliable service, clear communication, and high-quality workmanship that homeowners could truly depend on.
What started as a small, locally focused operation has grown into a trusted name serving homeowners throughout Fayette and Coweta counties. Today, Tranquil Properties offers a full range of interior and exterior services, from everyday repairs to larger home improvement projects and preventative maintenance.
