CONSTRUCTION HELPER / APPRENTICE (GROWTH OPPORTUNITY)
Job Overview:
Tranquil Properties is a growing, family-owned construction company looking for a motivated Construction Helper / Apprentice who wants to learn the trades and grow within the business.
This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, and interested in building a long-term career in construction. If you’re willing to work hard, learn new skills, and take initiative, there is real opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and material handling
* Support skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks
* Learn to safely use tools and equipment
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment
* Follow safety procedures and company standards
* Help keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule
Qualifications:
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Reliable and punctual
* Ability to perform physical labor and lift materials as needed
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Reliable transportation preferred
* Previous construction or labor experience is a plus, but not required

SKILLED CARPENTER & FRAMING SPECIALIST

Job Overview:
Tranquil Properties is looking for an experienced carpenter who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and helping projects run smoothly from start to finish.
This role includes framing, structural repairs, trim work, drywall repairs, and general carpentry for residential renovation projects. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to problem-solve on site while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
* Complete framing, finish carpentry, and structural repair work
* Read and interpret project plans and measurements accurately
* Work closely with the construction team to keep projects on schedule
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
* Communicate professionally with homeowners, subcontractors, and teammates
* Deliver quality craftsmanship with attention to detail
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of residential carpentry or framing experience
* Strong understanding of construction methods and tools
* Ability to work independently and produce consistent, high-quality results
* Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
* Comfortable with physical labor and working in various job site conditions
* Experience reading blueprints and construction plans preferred
