Specially created by our Japanese expert tea producers, it delivers the perfect balance of flavours being both uplifting and soothing and can be enjoyed at any time of the day. With a slightly grassy aroma and deep rich taste at Clearspring we harvest the tender first of the season leaves, which are known to be the best due to their brighter colour and gentler, slightly sweeter flavour. Matcha is finely Ground green tea leaf powder and is the most prized amongst Japanese teas. It has been drunk as part of the tea ceremony for 900 years as well as by Buddhist monks during long days of meditation. Our selection of Organic Green Teas offers authenticity in taste and premium organic quality due to special preparation by 3rd generation producers in Kyoto, Japan.
